In just 2 seasons, HBO Max’s teen drama Euphoria has become a powerhouse and giant in the world of TV series. Season 2 of the show, which ended on February 27 this year, attracted 2.4 million viewers. There was no doubt that the show was going to be renewed for a 3rd season, the question was what excruciating wait fans of the show will have to go through, as season 2 of the show ended on notes that left a lot to be explored in Season 3.

Almost every character on the show has a lot of potential for the future, and fans are excited to see where each of them’s stories lead in Season 3.

One particular character and perhaps the most popular character in the series is Rue, played by Zendaya. Rue has so far been seen struggling with drug use on the show, but now it looks like her character will be experimenting with sobriety for a while, and actor Zendaya said she’s very interested to see where. this decision would lead Rue. Zendaya also expressed that she wanted Season 3 of the show to explore the lives of Rue and other characters outside of their beloved high school.

Zendaya’s exact comments on her Season 3 expectations during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter were as follows:

“I want to see what Rue looks like on her sobriety journey, how chaotic it can feel. But also with all the characters, in the sense that they’re trying to figure out what to do with their lives after high school is over and what kind of people they want to be. What was special about this season is that we were able to dive into [the other characters] in a much deeper sense. I think we can do it again with the third season. There’s so much talent, you want to make sure everyone is lucky enough to have that.”

However, as Zendaya is excited and as are her fans, there’s a good chance Euphoria Season 3 won’t premiere on HBO Max until 2024. However, with such demand for the series, one can’t to be sure. Fans are crossing their fingers.
